Episode 40:

Water is one of the most powerful materials we can work with in our creatives process.

It carries ancient information, connects all of us to each other, and is here to support us. 

In this video you’ll get a chance to tune into the energy of water as an art medium and a personal guide as you discover what message the water has for you. 

We’ll create a piece of art with water from a local source such as a well, a nearby lake, or even rain water.

May what I do flow from me like a river, no forcing and no holding back, the way it is with children.

Suggested Supplies:

• Grab some water from a local source (see below for some ideas)

• Watercolors and any other water based mediums calling you such as ink

• Watercolor paper

• Brushes, sponges

How to work with your water

• Collect rain water in a shell outside

• Infuse water with moonlight or sunlight

• Collect water from a river, lake, or the ocean

• Find a local well and use that water

• Get filtered tap water

• Label water with words and intentions

The Painting Process

1. Collect water from a local source

2. You can listen to the meditation in the episode above for inspiration

3. You can write show me the heart of water on the page or even a question you have for the water before you begin.

4. Begin by painting or rubbing the water across the page to create a base layer.

5. Let any visuals or messages that came up during the meditation land on the page in whatever way they need to.

6. You can let the water dry completely and add more layers and/or write about what you discovered as well

Energetic Updates from Mare Cromwell

Here's an energetic report shared by Mare after the live Heart of Water event. This energy can still be worked with, connected to, and amplifyed...

Mother Gaia and all of her councils are overjoyed with all that manifested from the 1000 Goddesses Gathering “Heart of Water” Global Grid on Sunday, Sept 20th!

There were 272 registered ceremonies and countless more quiet ones in more than 37 countries, representing all the continents but Antarctica.

I and some friends did water ceremony on Mo’orea (part of Tahiti) on the sacred Opunohu Bay which is considered the heart of the womb on that island. Several of us felt a Council of Ancestors behind us as we were there.

Mo’orea is believed to be the Heart of Lemuria and a Lemurian Council graced us the whole time we were there also.

To share, a short report about what happened spiritually within our Global Grid from several extraordinary Cosmic Shamans:

• All the waters of the world benefited from our Unified Field of ceremonies, as the rhythms and energies have been finding their way through every droplet, moisture and waterway even to the depths of the oceans.

• All the love and spiritual energies of our spirit teams along with the “Heart of Water” has brought healing to many, many aquatic nature spirits around the planet such as ruselkas, undines, merfolk, sea elves, naiads, fish beings, and this is continuing. These sacred ones’ roles are integral to the health of our water as they keep the vitality of water high.

We were joined in ceremony by unicorns, and so many aquatic nature spirits, along with beings of inner earth.

Numerous off-planet groups including Archangels, beings from Sirius and more were supporting the Unified Field of healing also. More projects have been catalyzed by our Global Grid with those from the Universal Planes to support Mother Gaia and the New Earth.

Some heavy mass was dismantled. The dismantling is for the highest good. Old chains are freed and ancient beings awakened from their slumber. Many water dragons are being freed from capture eons ago.

Compared with previous Global Grids, this particular 1000 Goddesses Gathering Global Grid was infused with New Earth energies and more sparkly and filled with subtle joy!

Watercolor is a beautiful medium to work with for intuitive art and I love sharing all of the ways I've found in my creative process.
