The Process

1. Intro Call + Release form

We'll go over the episode theme and process. You can also include links to a special gift for the audience or any other promo materials you'd like to include in the episode.

The Process

2. Recording Session

You can use your own hi-quality audio recorder or I will mail you one to use. Once the session is recorded allow 10 days for the recorder to be shipped back.

The Process

3. Share the love

You'll have a chance to approve the episode before it's published. Then we'll both share the link when it goes live with our communities and get the word out!

Guest Speaker Center

Speaker's Commitment

  • Jotform completed (headshot, bio, release form, opt-in link, and any visuals you'd like to include for the episode)

  • 1 intro call with Stacey and 1 recording session (calls can be combined)

  • 1 promo email sent to your community to amplify the message once the episode goes live (I am open to other ideas or ways of sharing and do not require this for all speakers)

Stacey's Commitment

  • Promo materials emailed (graphic and email copy)

  • Audio recorder sent to the address of your choice with a pre-paid return shipping label. FedEx will pick up the recorder from the provided address.

  • High quality, studio produced episode with its own Nectar blog page including an opt-in link or promo materials provided by speaker.

Recording Tips

  • Find a quiet place with as little noise as possible. The mic will pick up the smallest sounds. (A car is a great place if you don't have anywhere else to go)

  • Keep the audio recorder on a table top about 10" from your mouth

  • Use headphones during the interview if possible
