Consider this your home base for the retreat. Everything you need will be here on Friday December 20th.

 

Make sure you have a quiet space to work through the material. We'll be doing an intuitive art process, some journalling, and guided visualizations. Have your journal, favorite art supplies, a blank canvas or thick piece of paper (like watercolor paper) to paint on. ​​​Feel free to collect inspirational images that can be included.
